Byrne and Partners LLP co-sponsored the “Concluding Transactions & Resolving Disputes Under English and Kazakh Law” seminar held in Almaty. Alastair Shaw, a committee member of the British-Kazakh Law Association, spoke on the subject of litigating commercial disputes in England and Kazakhstan. The event, also attended by Matthew Frankland, was held by the British-Kazakh Law Association and the British Embassy in Astana.
