Adam Hinks is an solicitor in the civil litigation team. He works as a general commercial litigator and has experience in dealing with freezing orders and general commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, property litigation, debt recovery and personal and corporate insolvency. Background
Adam joined Byrne and Partners in October 2010 having previously been a member of the litigation team at Judge Sykes Frixou where he trained. Adam graduated from LSE with a degree in Law and Anthropology and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
