Marleen Bouwer is a white collar crime litigator and currently defends clients in claims brought by the Serious Fraud Office. She has previous experience in commercial/insurance litigation as well as construction and property.

Marleen is a native Dutch speaker.

Background

Marleen graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Masters in Dutch Law. She then worked as an in-house lawyer at DAS Legal Expenses Insurance. Marleen completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC at the College of Law in London and joined Byrne and Partners in 2010 after training at Davies Arnold Cooper. Marleen is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
